IDJurnal Hadis Indonesia menjunjung tinggi integritas kepengarangan akademik (academic authorship). Penetapan penulis naskah harus mencerminkan kontribusi intelektual yang nyata dan substansial terhadap riset yang dilaporkan. JHI mengadopsi standar internasional dari International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) dan Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guna mencegah praktik kepengarangan manipulatif seperti penulis kehormatan (guest/honorary authorship) maupun penulis siluman (ghost authorship).

ENJurnal Hadis Indonesia upholds the integrity of academic authorship. The designation of manuscript authors must reflect real and substantial intellectual contribution to the reported research. JHI adopts international standards from the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to prevent manipulative authorship practices such as guest/honorary authorship and ghost authorship.

1. Kontribusi Konseptual & Data

Conceptual & Data Contribution

CRITERION 1

IDMemberikan kontribusi substansial terhadap konsepsi atau desain penelitian, atau perolehan, takhrij, penelusuran sanad, dan analisis kritis terhadap teks hadis/data lapangan.

ENProvide substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, takhrij, sanad tracking, and critical analysis of hadith texts/field data.

2. Perumusan Draf & Revisi Kritis

Drafting & Critical Revision

CRITERION 2

IDTerlibat langsung menyusun draf awal naskah ilmiah atau melakukan penyuntingan mendalam yang memberikan muatan intelektual penting dalam perdebatan teori keilmuan hadis.

ENDirectly involved in drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content in the theoretical debate of hadith studies.

3. Persetujuan Versi Final

Final Version Approval

CRITERION 3

IDMembaca secara seksama dan menyetujui versi akhir naskah yang siap diterbitkan, termasuk menyepakati urutan nama penulis serta penetapan penulis korespondensi.

ENCarefully read and approve the final version to be published, including agreement on the order of author names and the designation of the corresponding author.

4. Tanggung Jawab Akuntabilitas

CRITERION 4

IDBersedia memikul tanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh aspek keabsahan riset, keaslian rujukan turats, dan siap memberikan klarifikasi jika terjadi penyelidikan integritas ilmiah.

ENAgree to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

Author Roles & Responsibilities

Penulis Utama (First Author):

Individu yang memimpin pelaksanaan penelitian, menyusun mayoritas draf manuskrip, dan mengoordinasikan analisis temuan riset. Penulis pertama biasanya merupakan kontributor intelektual terbesar dalam naskah.

First Author:

The individual who leads the research implementation, drafts the majority of the manuscript, and coordinates the analysis of research findings. The first author is typically the largest intellectual contributor to the manuscript.

Penulis Korespondensi (Corresponding Author):

Penulis yang bertanggung jawab penuh atas komunikasi resmi dengan JHI selama proses pengiriman naskah, penelaahan, revisi, hingga penerbitan. Penulis korespondensi memastikan seluruh rekan penulis menyetujui draf final dan mengunggah dokumen Authors' Statement.

Corresponding Author:

The author who takes primary responsibility for communication with JHI during manuscript submission, peer review, and publication. The corresponding author ensures that all co-authors approve the final draft and uploads the Authors' Statement document.

Penulis Pendamping (Co-Authors):

Seluruh akademisi yang memenuhi keempat kriteria ICMJE. Kontribusi setiap rekan penulis dapat diperinci menggunakan format CRediT (seperti Conceptualization, Methodology, Formal Analysis, dll).

Co-Authors:

All academics who meet the four ICMJE criteria. The contribution of each co-author can be detailed using the CRediT format (such as Conceptualization, Methodology, Formal Analysis, etc.).

Guest / Gift Authorship

DILARANG

IDMencantumkan nama seseorang semata-mata karena jabatannya (kepala lab, promotor) tanpa adanya kontribusi riset yang nyata pada naskah.

ENIncluding someone's name solely because of their position (head of lab, promoter) without any real research contribution to the manuscript.

AI Authorship

(Penulis AI)

DILARANG

IDMendaftarkan kecerdasan buatan generatif (seperti ChatGPT atau Gemini) sebagai penulis. AI hanya boleh digunakan sebagai alat bantu.

ENListing generative artificial intelligence (like ChatGPT or Gemini) as an author. AI may only be used as a supportive tool.

Acknowledgments for Non-Author Contributors

Penghargaan kepada Kontributor Teknis

Pihak yang memberikan dukungan teknis (seperti pengadaan naskah turats, penyediaan akses perpustakaan, bantuan penerjemahan, atau penyedia dana riset) namun tidak memenuhi keempat syarat ICMJE tidak boleh dicantumkan sebagai penulis, melainkan harus dicantumkan pada bagian Acknowledgments sebelum Daftar Pustaka.

Recognition for Technical Contributors

Parties providing technical support (such as procuring turats manuscripts, providing library access, translation assistance, or research funders) but do not meet all four ICMJE criteria must not be listed as authors, but should be listed in the Acknowledgments section before the References.

Prosedur Perubahan Susunan Penulis

Procedure for Change in Authorship

Permohonan penambahan, pengurangan, atau penataan ulang urutan penulis setelah naskah dikirimkan (post-submission) hanya dapat dipertimbangkan sebelum artikel diterima (accepted). Penulis korespondensi wajib mengirimkan surat permohonan resmi dengan menyertakan alasan ilmiah dan surat persetujuan tertulis yang ditandatangani oleh seluruh penulis (termasuk yang namanya dihapus/ditambahkan).

Requests for addition, removal, or rearrangement of the author order post-submission can only be considered before the article is accepted. The corresponding author must send an official request letter including a scientific reason and a written consent letter signed by all authors (including those whose names are removed/added).

IDPematuhan kriteria kepengarangan ini merupakan syarat mutlak pemrosesan naskah di Jurnal Hadis Indonesia. Seluruh penulis diwajibkan mengonfirmasi kontribusi masing-masing dengan mengunggah Authors' Statement JHI pada portal penyerahan naskah.

ENCompliance with these authorship criteria is an absolute prerequisite for manuscript processing in Jurnal Hadis Indonesia. All authors are required to confirm their respective contributions by uploading the JHI Authors' Statement on the manuscript submission portal.
