ENThe publishing process at Jurnal Hadis Indonesia (JHI) is designed to be systematic, transparent, and measurable through a digital workflow based on OJS 3.4 Every submitted article undergoes comprehensive stages starting from initial screening, double-blind peer review, language copyediting, professional visual layout, Crossref DOI registration, to global indexing distribution.

Submission & Metadata Verification (Pengiriman & Metadata)
IDPenulis mendaftarkan naskah secara online melalui sistem OJS 3.4 lengkap dengan metadata kepengarangan, abstrak bilingual, kata kunci, serta mengunggah file naskah format docx tanpa identitas (blind manuscript) dan surat pernyataan orisinalitas.
ENAuthors register their manuscripts online through the OJS 3.4 system complete with authorship metadata, bilingual abstracts, keywords, and upload the blind manuscript file in docx format along with a statement of originality.

Editorial Pre-Screening & Plagiarism Check (Penyaringan Awal)
IDManaging Editor mengevaluasi keselarasan ruang lingkup keilmuan, kepatuhan format selingkung template JHI, serta skor kemiripan teks menggunakan Turnitin (toleransi maks. 20%). Naskah yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi awal akan ditolak langsung (desk reject).
ENThe Managing Editor evaluates the alignment of the scientific scope, compliance with the JHI template format, and the text similarity score using Turnitin (max. tolerance 20%). Manuscripts that do not meet the initial qualifications will be outright rejected (desk reject).

Double-Blind Peer Review (Penelaahan Sejawat Objektif)
IDNaskah didistribusikan kepada sedikitnya 2 (dua) orang reviewer pakar secara anonim timbal balik. Reviewer menilai orisinalitas riset, metodologi takhrij/syarah, kedalaman analisis, serta memberikan rekomendasi revisi dalam rentang waktu 3–6 minggu.
ENThe manuscript is distributed to at least 2 (two) expert reviewers in a mutually anonymous manner. Reviewers assess the research originality, takhrij/syarah methodology, depth of analysis, and provide revision recommendations within a period of 3–6 weeks.

Editorial Decision & Author Revision (Keputusan & Revisi)
IDEditor-in-Chief mengeluarkan keputusan resmi (Accept, Revisions Required, atau Decline). Penulis diberi tenggat waktu untuk menuntaskan revisi naskah disertai tabel tanggapan terperinci (response to reviewer comments) sebelum diverifikasi ulang.
ENThe Editor-in-Chief issues an official decision (Accept, Revisions Required, or Decline). Authors are given a deadline to complete manuscript revisions along with a detailed response table (response to reviewer comments) before re-verification.

Copyediting, Layout & Galley Proof (Produksi & Uji Baca)
IDNaskah yang diterima menjalani penyuntingan tata bahasa dan transliterasi Arab, dilanjutkan penataan layout halaman PDF berstandar JHI oleh Layout Editor. Penulis melakukan pemeriksaan bukti cetak akhir (galley proofing) sebelum penerbitan.
ENAccepted manuscripts undergo grammar and Arabic transliteration copyediting, followed by standard JHI PDF page layout arranging by the Layout Editor. Authors perform final print proofing (galley proofing) before publication.

Publication, DOI Activation & Indexing (Penerbitan Resmi)
IDArtikel dipublikasikan secara Open Access di portal web resmi, nomor identitas digital DOI didaftarkan dan diaktifkan di Crossref, serta metadata artikel dikirimkan ke pangkalan data indeks akademik (Google Scholar, Garuda, Moraref, Scilit, dll.).
ENArticles are published as Open Access on the official web portal, the DOI digital identity number is registered and activated in Crossref, and article metadata is submitted to academic index databases (Google Scholar, Garuda, Moraref, Scilit, etc.).
